The only time Pam Williams (aka her mad made up blackfella name Tjanara Goreng Goreng) went to Rockhampton after she started her PhD was in 2016, eight years after her mother went into a nursing home because she had dementia, by 2016 it was well advanced. She gave Pam absolutely no Wakka Wakka lore or women's business knowledge then or at any other time of her life. Why do we know this? It's because Pam's oldest sister was with her when they saw their mother, apparently Pam just sat there and said nothing to her mother (who didn't recognise her anyway such was her advanced dementia)
As has been mentioned in the details section Pam was never given any traditional knowledge by her mother at any stage of her life, this can be confirmed by her three older siblings, ln fact her mother knew there was something seriously wrong with Pam at an early age and was not deserving of traditional knowledge. As it has been said in the details section perhaps it was prescient of her mother to not give her any information because she would use it for the wrong reasons.
Was Pam given men's business knowledge from Paul Collis the other person mentioned here, we very much doubt he would be sharing Aboriginal men's business with Pam.
